Orders & Payment

How do I place an order?

Simply browse our collections, select your product and size, and click "Add to Cart". When you're ready, proceed to checkout and follow the steps to complete your purchase. We accept all major credit cards, Shop Pay, and PayPal.

Can I change or cancel my order?

We begin processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at our contact page if you need to make changes. Once an order has been sent to production, we're unable to cancel or modify it.

Will I receive an order confirmation?

Yes! You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. Please check your spam folder if you don't see it within a few minutes.

Shipping

How long does shipping take?

Most orders are produced and shipped within 3–7 business days. Delivery times vary by location:

United States: 5–10 business days
Canada: 7–14 business days
United Kingdom & Europe: 7–14 business days
Australia & International: 10–20 business days

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! We offer free shipping on US orders over $75 and free shipping on Canadian orders over $100. International orders have flat-rate shipping up to $19.99 depending on order size.

Do you ship to the Bahamas?

Absolutely — the Bahamas is our home! We ship to Nassau, Freeport, and the Family Islands. Delivery times to the Bahamas are typically 10–15 business days.

Can I track my order?

Yes! Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can use this to track your package directly with the carrier.

Products & Quality

What printing method do you use?

Our apparel uses Direct-to-Garment (DTG) and All-Over Print (AOP) sublimation printing, depending on the product. Both methods produce vibrant, long-lasting designs that won't crack or peel with normal washing.

How do I care for my printed apparel?

To keep your island-inspired designs looking their best:

Wash inside out in cold water
Use mild detergent — avoid bleach
Tumble dry on low or hang to dry
Do not iron directly on the print

Are your products true to size?

Most of our apparel runs true to size. We recommend checking the size guide on each product page for specific measurements. If you're between sizes, we suggest sizing up for a more relaxed fit. Size Guide

Are the colors exactly as shown?

We do our best to display accurate colors, but slight variations may occur due to screen settings and the printing process. AOP sublimation products in particular may have minor color differences between batches.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your return policy?

Because our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or sizing issues. However, if your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no cost to you. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

My order arrived damaged — what do I do?

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. We'll get a replacement sent to you right away.
